Returns Policy Dimehouse
If you wish to return an order, please read the conditions below carefully.
Return conditions
- Return requests must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, undamaged and complete.
- Preferably return in original packaging; otherwise the product must be well protected and securely packaged.
- Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt in our returns warehouse.
- If the package is not properly packaged and this causes damage, we reserve the right not to credit (part of) the purchase amount.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered
Is the product damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please report this within 2 days of receipt customer service@dimehouse.i.e. Add the photos below for quick processing:
- images of the damage
- images of the entire product
- images of the packaging
If parts are missing or damaged, we would like to receive a clear description of the problem.
Free returns
Returning via a parcel point is completely free. Large furniture such as sofas, cupboards and dining tables will be collected from your home for free. We would be happy to make an appointment for this. We only charge €9.95 for returns that fall within package point dimensions and can be delivered yourself, but for which you still want to make a collection appointment.
How do I return my online order?
You can register your return via customer service@dimehouse.i.e. After registration you will receive a return label from us by email. Print the label, stick it on the box and hand in the package free of charge at the nearest parcel point. We collect large furniture.
Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt.
- With post-payment (such as Klarna), the invoice will be credited after processing the return.
Return requests are exclusively processed through our customer service. It is not necessary to submit the request via Klarna, PayPal or other payment methods.
